Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 28, 2026

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atlas Revenue AI platform ("Atlas," "the Service," or "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and the terms "you" and "your" shall refer to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

03User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information current. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

04Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's integrity, security, or performance.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these acceptable use guidelines.

05Subscription & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan details are described on our pricing page or in your order form. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by law. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Fee changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice.

06Free Trials

We may offer free trials of certain plans for a limited period. Free trials are provided for evaluation purposes and may be subject to additional terms. Trial access is limited to the features available in the trial plan.

At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. You are responsible for cancelling the trial if you do not wish to be charged.

07Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the Service until that date.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plans may qualify for a prorated refund in certain circumstances at our discretion — contact billing@atlasrevenueai.com for more information.

08Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, and content, is owned by Atlas Revenue AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. No title or ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms.

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service ("Customer Data"). We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data. We use Customer Data only as described in our Privacy Policy and to provide the Service.

You grant us a limited license to process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service for you.

09Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as CRM providers, calendar tools, and data sources) that are not owned or controlled by Atlas. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Atlas is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. We may modify or discontinue integrations with third-party services at any time and are not liable for any resulting disruption.

10Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service with or without notice.

We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruption resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Revenue AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Revenue AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your Customer Data in accordance with our data retention policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification clauses.

14Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify you via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
