We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, request a demo, or communicate with our team. This may include your name, email address, company name, job title, and phone number.

When you use the Atlas platform, we process certain data on your behalf to deliver our services, including CRM records, calendar events, email metadata, and pipeline data that you connect to the platform. Atlas accesses customer data only to the extent necessary to provide and improve its services.

We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics (e.g., pages visited, features used, session duration) to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve the platform.

02How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Atlas platform and its features.
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Send service announcements, updates, and administrative communications.
  • Respond to your support requests and inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to enhance security and product quality.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell customer data to any third party. Your data is used solely to operate and improve the Atlas platform and to communicate with you about your account.

03Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use our website. We use both session and persistent cookies.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function properly and cannot be disabled. Analytics and preference cookies help us improve your experience and can be managed through your browser settings.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may impact functionality and your ability to use parts of the platform.

04Third-Party Integrations

Atlas integrates with third-party services such as CRM platforms, calendar providers, email systems, and market data sources to deliver its functionality. When you connect a third-party integration, data flows between Atlas and that service solely to provide the features you have enabled.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any integrations you connect. Atlas does not control and is not responsible for the data practices of third-party providers.

We access data from third-party integrations only as necessary to provide our services and only in accordance with the permissions you grant.

05Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect customer data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, role-based access controls, and continuous infrastructure monitoring.

Access to customer data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require access to provide support or maintain the platform. All access is logged and regularly audited.

For more details, please review our Security page.

06Data Retention

We retain customer data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account termination, we retain data for a limited period to allow for export, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
