AI & Data Use

Last Updated: October 12, 2026

01Overview

Atlas Revenue AI uses artificial intelligence to help revenue teams analyze connected business data, surface insights, and prepare summaries for leadership. This page explains what our AI features do, what information they process, and their limitations.

This page covers AI features within the Atlas platform. It does not cover AI tools used by third-party services you connect to Atlas, which are governed by those providers' own terms and policies.

02AI Features in Atlas

Atlas includes several AI-assisted features:

  • Atlas AI Operator — answers questions about the data in your workspace and supports further analysis.
  • Executive Briefings — generates summaries of performance, risks, and opportunities based on connected data.
  • Reports — produces formatted summaries and analysis from your connected business data.
  • Account Intelligence and Market Signals — provides external company and market context for accounts your team is pursuing.

These features are designed to support human review and decision-making. They are not a replacement for professional judgment or independent verification of business data.

03How AI Features Work

When you use an AI feature, Atlas sends relevant information from your connected systems to an AI model, which generates a response based on that information. The response may include summaries, recommendations, or answers to questions you ask.

The specific information processed depends on the systems you have connected and the questions you ask. For example, if you ask about pipeline health, Atlas may use CRM pipeline data from your connected integration to generate a response.

04Types of Information Processed

AI features may process the following types of information, depending on your connected integrations and the feature you use:

  • Sales and pipeline data from connected CRM systems.
  • Marketing performance data from connected advertising and analytics platforms.
  • Financial data from connected accounting or billing systems.
  • Customer data from connected customer success or support tools.
  • External company and market intelligence data.
  • Questions and prompts you enter when using the AI Operator.

You control which systems are connected. AI features only process data from integrations you have explicitly enabled.

05Third-Party AI Providers

Atlas uses third-party AI model providers to power its AI features. When you use an AI feature, the information described above may be sent to these providers to generate a response.

We have not independently verified whether these providers use submitted data for model training, how long they retain submitted data, or their specific data handling practices. Customers concerned about provider data practices should review the applicable provider terms or contact us for more information before connecting sensitive data.

We are not making claims that your data is never used for training or that no third parties receive your data. If you require specific guarantees about data handling for your use case, please contact us to discuss available options.

06AI Output Accuracy

AI-generated recommendations, summaries, and answers can contain errors. AI models may misinterpret data, miss context, or produce information that does not match your source systems.

AI-generated recommendations may contain errors. Review the supporting data before making decisions.

We recommend treating AI output as a starting point for investigation, not as a final answer. Verify important results against the source data in your connected systems before acting on them or sharing them with leadership.

07Data Retention and Model Training

We have not verified the specific retention periods that third-party AI providers apply to data submitted through Atlas AI features, nor whether those providers use submitted data to train their models. These practices are determined by the AI providers and may change over time.

Atlas does not independently confirm or guarantee that data submitted to AI features is excluded from provider training programs. If your organization requires confirmed exclusion from training, contact us to discuss whether current provider configurations support that requirement.

08Confidentiality

AI features process data within the context of your authorized Atlas workspace. One customer's workspace data is not intentionally displayed or made available to another customer through AI features.

However, information you submit to AI features may be processed by third-party AI providers under their own data handling practices, as described above.

09Deletion and Customer Controls

You can disconnect integrations at any time, which stops future data flow from those systems into Atlas. You can contact us to request deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Deleting your Atlas website account does not automatically delete all data held by third-party AI providers or connected integration providers. Data held by those providers is subject to their own retention and deletion practices. Contact us if you need help understanding what deletion steps are available for your data across providers.
